I am Imperial County Undersheriff Fred Miramontes and I am running for Imperial County Sheriff in June of 2022.

As your next Sheriff, I will continue to serve the citizens of Imperial County with integrity, dedication, and honor.

I have more than 45 years of law enforcement experience, the last 15 of those years as Undersheriff for the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office.

My early years in law enforcement were spent with the Brawley Police Department, followed by 29 years with the California Highway Patrol, including seven years as a Lieutenant Commander at the Calexico CHP Commercial Inspection Facility in Calexico. My experience with those law enforcement agencies, along with my service with the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office, qualifies me as a candidate with the unique background, understanding and experience to take the Sheriff’s Office to the next level of service within our communities.

I will continue to collaborate with our communities and to meet with our citizens to address concerns and crime trends, utilizing the Sheriff’s Office resources to make our communities safer places to live.

Vote for Fred Miramontes for Sheriff of Imperial County- June 2022.
